Exquisitely crafted by furniture artisans using only seasoned & durable hardwood for the frame the bespoke Francais Wingback Bergere Armchair is packed with finely carved details common to antique French Beregere chairs. From the carved pediment crown and skirt to the curved cabriole legs, this French antique reproduction Louis style chair can be paired with the optional Francais Bergere Ottoman. Packed with the finer details common to French antiques this modern bergere chair brings a lovely mixture of both traditional and contemporary designs as it creates a familiar presence and radiates comfort & tranquillity. Perfect for any living room design scheme or use as a bedroom chair, the Francais Wingback Bergere Armchair is part of the Francais range. Manufactured in Italy using traditional and contemporary manufacturing techniques for the utmost in build quality.
Not only beautiful to look at and comfortable to sit in, the designer options for this French armchair style are vast, the upholstery can be customised to achieve an exclusive look with your personally selected upholstery fabric. The cabriole legs and carved hardwood that surrounds the upholstery can also be personalised with your chosen paint colour or polished in a wood stain colour of your choosing. Due to vastly different fabric costs, the only thing not included in the cost is the top cover fabric. We are happy to upholster this French bergere chair using your personally selected fabric or leather, the quantity required to upholster is 6 metres cut from 140cm wide fabrics.
