Bespoke Made-To-Order Furniture Cancellations, returns and refunds

1.17 Millmax Interiors provides a bespoke furniture service, and all bespoke made-to-order products are made to the customer's specification and are clearly personalised. Therefore the statutory seven (7) day cancellation period under article 10 of the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 does not apply. No cancellations will be accepted by the Company once production has begun. Where the client cancels a bespoke made-to-order product prior to the start of production, the client will be responsible for all the costs incurred to that point by the Company.

Ready-Made Furniture & Decorative Accessories returns and refunds

1.18 By prior arrangement and within 14 days of delivery, you may return a faulty ready-made furniture product or decorative accessory product for an exchange or refund to our registered returns address, Millmax Interiors (Returns) Unit 7, Huddersfield Road, Holmfirth, West Yorkshire, HD9 3JL
